• Participation fees, minus tournament expenses, will be donated to the Sado City Sports Association to promote sports in Sado City.

Entry Requirements

◎For all Participants

○ Be a registered member of a prefectural sports organization or university federation (registered member of an athletics organization) for 2025.
*For Type R, the team representative must be a registered sports organization member.

■Tipe A

○ At the time of application, participants must have completed a middle distance or longer triathlon competition within the past three years (Proof of results and completion certificate must be submitted).

■Tipe B

○ At the time of application, participants must have achieved either ① or ② within the past three years (Proof of results and completion certificate must be submitted).
　① Complete a triathlon event of Olympic distance or longer.
　② Complete an open water swimming event (1,500m or longer).

■Tipe RA(Type A Course completed as a Team Relay)

○ At the time of application, the swimmer must have completed a 1,500m or greater swim in a triathlon or open water swimming event within the past three years (Proof of results and completion certificate must be submitted).

■TipeRB(Type B Course completed as a Team Relay)

○ Those born before April 1, 2010 (those under the age of 18) must have parental consent

Notes on Participating

◎ One entry per athlete. Additional entries will not be accepted.
◎ Applications will be deemed invalid if the athlete does not meet the event's eligibility requirements.
◎ Changes to your selected event or team members ("Type-R") cannot be made after application.
◎ The organization reserves the right to revoke participation permission at any time, including for reasons such as a health problem diagnosis, a false application, or if a participant's involvement is expected to interfere with the event's operation.
◎ Entries are non-transferable and are only valid for the athlete named on the application.
◎ Please note that entry fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to participant cancellations, forced event changes, and cancellations of the tournament itself due to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, storms, floods), incidents, accidents, epidemics, or any other circumstances.

Selection Process

◎ To withdraw from the race after paying the entry fee, please download the "Participation Withdrawal Form," complete the required information, and submit it to the race secretariat by Saturday, May 31st. A refund will be issued, minus a 2,000 yen deduction to cover administrative and bank transfer fees.
